What you get
- MVS 3.8j from 1981, the ancestor of z/OS. Jobs, JCL, datasets, TSO and a z/OSMF-style REST API work. USS, DB2, CICS and SDSF don't exist here.
- Your datasets (
CNTL,SOURCE,EXERCISE,LOAD) are private to your ID. Job output on the shared spool can be seen by others: keep secrets out of it. - One shared machine for learning, not for real data. IDs unused for 60 days are locked.
